We, AKTÜL KAĞIT ÜRETİM PAZARLAMA A.Ş. commit and undertake:

To protect the individual and information,

To provide secure access to the information assets of itself and its stakeholders,

To determine the authorizations of all personnel within the scope of Information Security, to ensure secure access to the information assets of AKTÜL KAĞIT and its stakeholders, and not to allow unauthorized access,

To protect the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information,

Evaluating and managing the risks that may occur on the information assets of itself and its stakeholders,

To reduce the impact of threats on information security risks in business / service continuity, to ensure business continuity and sustainability,

To protect the credibility and brand image of the institution,

To implement the investments deemed necessary in case of an information security breach,

To meet the information security requirements arising from the national, international and sectoral regulations to which it is subject, fulfilling the legal and relevant legislation requirements, meeting the obligations arising from the agreements, and corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders,

To reduce the impact of information security threats in business / service continuity and to ensure the continuity and sustainability of the business,

To maintain and improve the level of information security with the established control infrastructure,

To carry out trainings that will develop technical and behavioral competencies in order to increase information security awareness, and

To meet all responsibilities regarding the processing, protection and destruction of personal information of employees, students, visitors, suppliers and other relevant third parties within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (LPPD) and other relevant legislation.
