SOCIAL COMPLIANCE POLICY

 

We, Aktül Kağıt, hereby commit and undertake

 

To be against discrimination in employment, profession, child labor, all forms of forced/compulsory labor, to avoid discriminatory discourses and practices,

To Establish our wage policy according to the industry, local labor market and in accordance with the terms of applicable collective bargaining agreements. To conduct our operations in full compliance with applicable laws on wages, working hours, overtime and fringe benefits,

 

To maintain the existing policies, to revise them when necessary, and to respect the rights of the employees to be represented,
